Flow

This event starts with the athletes on the starting grid.


At the count of 321 go, the athletes will proceed to their 1st bike behind the rig and perform 25/20 Calories on the Echo Bike.


After completing their calories, the athlete will then proceed to the first section and perform 200 double under. After 100 double under are complete, athletes will move to the next section to complete the next 100.


After completing the double under, the athlete will make their way to the handstand walk area and perform 100 ft of handstand walking. (50ft there, 50 ft back.)


After finishing 100ft of Handstand walking, the athletes will make their way to the rig and perform 100 Wall Balls. 50 reps to be performed on target one, 50 on target two.


After completing the Wall Balls, the athletes will return to the handstand walks and perform 100 ft. (50 ft there, 50 ft back)


Upon finishing the handstand walks, the athletes will make their way to the GHD and perform 100 Reps.


Once again, after completing 100 reps, the athletes will return for their 3rd and final 100ft handstand walk. (50ft there, 50 back.)


After completing the HSW, the athlete will return to their rope and perform 200 Double Under. (Again, moving sections after 100 reps completed)


Once completed, the athletes will make their way to their second echo bike and complete a blistering 25/20 Calories.


(Because why not end up on the bike at the end of all that ?! ;)


After completing the calories, athletes will get off the echo bike and “run” to the finish line.

The resulting score would be automatically moved to just below the last placed Rx competitor, but you will still enjoy the workout and the Atlas Games Experience!  


Scoring:

The athlete's score is his or her total time for completing the event.


Movement Standards:

Calories Bike
  • The monitor on the bike must be set to zero at the beginning of each bike session. The judge will be resetting the monitor. The athlete must stay seated on the bike until the monitor reads 25 calories.


The rep is credited when:

  • When the monitor reads 25 calories.

Double Unders
  • The rope passes under the feet twice for each jump.

  • The rope must spin forward for the rep to count.

  • Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.


The rep is credited when:

  • When the rope passes under the feet twice.

Wall Ball
  • 50 FIRST REPS = LEFT TARGET, 51-100 = RIGHT TARGET

  • In the wall-ball shot, the medicine ball must be taken from the bottom of a squat, hip crease below the knee, and thrown to hit the specified target.

  • The rep is credited when the center of the ball hits the target at or above the specified target height. If the ball hits low or does not hit the wall, it is a “no rep.” If the ball drops to the ground from the top, it cannot be caught off the bounce to begin the next rep. The ball must settle on the ground before being picked up for the next rep.
